Dr. Abdullah presented a definition of e-mobility and the conditions that must be met for this type of mobility to take place and made it clear that this mobility can be applied in any country for any reason: political, economic, and social.

Dr. Rasha Abdulla is an assistant professor in the Department of Journalism and Media Studies at the American University in Cairo.
